En Devoteam, partner estrategico de Atlassian, buscamos incorporar un/a Atlassian Architect para liderar el diseno de soluciones en proyectos de transformacion digital para clientes nacionales e internacionales.
Trabajaras definiendo arquitecturas escalables, seguras y alineadas con las mejores practicas de Atlassian, acompanando a los equipos durante todo el ciclo del proyecto y convirtiendote en el principal referente tecnico para nuestros clientes.
Modelo de trabajo 100% remoto desde Espana, con preferencia por personas residentes en Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia, Bilbao o Zaragoza.

QUE HARAS EN DEVOTEAM?
Seras responsable de transformar las necesidades de negocio en soluciones tecnologicas escalables dentro del ecosistema Atlassian. Mas alla de configurar herramientas, disenaras arquitecturas, lideraras las decisiones tecnicas y acompanaras a los equipos para garantizar el exito de cada proyecto.
Entre tus responsabilidades estaran:
- Analizar las necesidades del cliente y disenar la mejor solucion tecnica.
- Disenar arquitecturas sobre Atlassian Cloud y Data Center.
- Definir soluciones sobre Jira, Confluence y Jira Service Management.
- Estimar esfuerzo, alcance y recursos de los proyectos.
- Dar soporte tecnico al equipo, resolviendo dudas y eliminando bloqueos.
- Colaborar con Project Managers en la planificacion y seguimiento de los proyectos.
- Mantener una interlocucion continua con clientes y participar en la toma de decisiones.
- Disenar estrategias de validacion y documentar las soluciones.
- Evaluar nuevos requerimientos y proponer mejoras.
- Colaborar con los equipos de Sales y Delivery aportando vision tecnica.
Requisitos
QUE ESPERAMOS DE TI?
- Resides en Espana y cuentas con un nivel de espanol fluido.
- Experiencia como Solution Architect o Atlassian Architect en proyectos de implantacion y transformacion digital.
- Experiencia disenando soluciones sobre Jira Software, Confluence y JSM.
- Capacidad para convertir necesidades de negocio en soluciones tecnicas escalables.
- Experiencia definiendo arquitecturas, modelos de gobierno y buenas practicas.
- Experiencia estimando proyectos y definiendo el alcance tecnico.
- Capacidad para liderar tecnicamente equipos y gestionar la interlocucion con clientes.
Sera un plus si ademas cuentas con:
- Nivel de ingles C1.
- Certificacion ACP-120 u otras certificaciones Atlassian.
- Acreditaciones oficiales Atlassian.
- Experiencia en migraciones a Atlassian Cloud.
- Conocimientos de Automation, Assets, APIs REST e integraciones con aplicaciones del Marketplace.
- Experiencia en metodologias Agile.
