Job description

Atlas Pressure Control is a leading provider of pressure-control equipment and services for oilfield operations, specializing in engineering and product development for compliant wellhead and pressure-control solutions.
As a Supply Chain - Materials Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless flow of materials and equipment to support our operations. Your expertise will help drive efficiency and reliability across our supply chain, impacting both internal teams and field operations.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Managing day-to-day warehouse operations to ensure materials and equipment availability
  • Coordinating with operations teams to handle urgent orders, such as frac rework and hot equipment needs
  • Creating and managing purchase orders for wellhead equipment and industrial materials
  • Identifying, sourcing, and ensuring timely delivery of unique equipment
  • Analyzing and improving supply chain processes to enhance operational efficiency
  • Aligning supply chain activities to ensure materials are delivered on time and in full
  • Supporting the setup of hotshot trucking for urgent deliveries
  • Utilizing equipment and engineering knowledge to assist inside sales and field operations
  • Operating within Fishbowl ERP and leveraging Excel, Power BI, and MS Office for reporting and analysis
  • Working extended hours, including afterhours and weekends, as needed
  • Traveling locally to suppliers to verify equipment status and delivery readiness

Requirements
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain, warehouse operations, or a closely related field
  • Experience managing direct reports (approximately 3 people)
  • Experience creating and managing purchase orders for equipment or industrial materials
  • Intermediate proficiency in Excel and Power BI for analysis and reporting
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to travel locally to suppliers as needed to verify equipment status and delivery readiness
  • Availability to work extended hours, including afterhours and weekends, as operational needs require
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Technical or college degree
  • Experience expediting urgent orders and coordinating time-critical material or equipment needs
  • Experience using Fishbowl ERP
  • Experience in Oil & Energy operations or supply chain (oilfield services, drilling/completions, or related)
  • Prior knowledge of wellhead and frac/pressure-control equipment categories (e.g., wellheads/trees, valves, chokes, manifolds, BOP/pressure-control, frac iron)
  • Experience supporting or partnering with field operations teams on equipment and material readiness
