Description
Athletics Ticketing Gameday Staff reports to the Director of Ticketing Operations and works home athletic events. Students will work positions specifically related to the ticketing and event management of sporting events.
Examples of Duties
  • Provide customer service to UCM fans during home events
  • Sell tickets
  • Scan tickets and monitor event entrances
  • Usher and monitor seating sections
  • Monitor reserved parking lots
  • Work sport specific roles such as shagging or sweeping

Typical Qualifications
Education Qualifications:
  • Highschool diploma
  • Currently enrolled at UCM
Experience Qualifications:
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Sport knowledge preferred

Working Hours and Days:
  • Event days, including weekends

Special Instructions:
