Position Introduction:
The Sooner Club is seeking enthusiastic OU students to manage suite and club areas at all home football games, home basketball games, and serve as guides during Gaylord Family - Oklahoma Memorial Stadium tours. Hospitality Assistants will ensure a memorable experience for exclusive guests in premium seating during home football games and will have the opportunity to work basketball home games. This role offers the opportunity to be part of the behind-the-scenes action on game days while growing your network and professional skills in a college gameday atmosphere. This position is ideal for students looking to enhance their hospitality, communication, and leadership skills while being immersed in the excitement of OU Athletics.
Essential Functions:
  • Assist in preparing and setting up premium areas for an exceptional fan experience
  • Greet and coordinate check-ins for attendees, actively listen to fan needs, and respond to questions with a customer focused, professional attitude
  • Conduct stadium tours for groups of up to 50, presenting OU Athletics' history in an educational and entertaining manner
  • Troubleshoot issues, monitor groups during tours, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout all interactions
  • Participate in mandatory training sessions and attend all required home football games, with the opportunity to work men's and women's basketball games in the Courtside Club during winter and spring
  • Potential for a Floor Manager role based on experience
Required Education and Experience:
  • Must be currently enrolled in the Fall 2026 Term as an undergraduate student in good standing at the University of Oklahoma.
