Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to gather crucial information regarding clientsโ€™ mental health concerns, available resources, and personal strengths.
  • Utilize evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care while providing individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
  • Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that include specific, measurable goals and selected interventions aligned with individual client needs.
  • Engage in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other social workers, to ensure integrated and client-centered care.
  • Offer crisis intervention and risk assessment services as necessary, implementing safety planning that supports client safety and well-being.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards to uphold client confidentiality and support treatment efficacy.
  • Facilitate group therapy, psychoeducation classes, and support groups, fostering a sense of community and shared experiences among clients.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.

Compensation and Benefits

This role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience, alongside a generous sign-on bonus.
