Job description

We’re a privately owned physical therapy clinic that values quality care over volume. Unlike high-turnover, high-volume clinics, our focus is on personalized treatment and a supportive environment for both patients and staff. We’re currently looking for a part-time Experienced Physical Therapy Aide to join our team. The ideal PT Aide is:

  • Experienced as an Aide in a clinical physical therapy setting
  • At least, 4-6 months of prior AIDE/INTERN experience, admin/front desk experience a plus
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional
  • A team player who communicates well with both staff and patients
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask
  • A self-starter who learns quickly and can adapt to a fast-paced setting

Job Responsibilities include:

  • Aide assisting the Physical Therapist in carrying out treatment plans
  • Aide preparing and maintaining treatment areas and equipment
  • Aide guiding patients through prescribed physical therapy exercises
  • Aide supporting patient flow and maintaining a clean, organized environment
  • Aide maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times
  • Aide clerical tasks and data entry

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as a Physical Therapy Aide or rehab technician is required, admin/front desk experience is a plus
  • Bachelor's Degree and Interested in attending Physical Therapy school
  • General knowledge of basic exercise and human anatomy a must
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and work under licensed supervision
