Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to gather essential information about clients' mental health histories, challenges, strengths, and resources.
• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.
• Design, implement, and periodically review individualized treatment plans that set clear goals and structured interventions based on each client’s unique circumstances.
• Work collaboratively with a treatment team to ensure seamless care coordination, sharing updates and insights to optimize each client's therapeutic journey.
• Provide crisis intervention services, including risk assessments and safety planning when required, ensuring client safety and well-being.
• Maintain detailed and timely documentation of all client interactions in compliance with ethical and legal standards, utilizing electronic health record systems to streamline this process.
• Conduct psychoeducation classes and support groups aimed at equipping clients with coping strategies and knowledge relevant to their mental health challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our diverse clientele includes individuals experiencing various mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety disorders, and trauma-related issues. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at our detox center, you will play a vital role in assisting clients in their recovery journeys by providing empathetic, evidence-based therapeutic support tailored to their needs.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active and valid state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health or outpatient setting, specifically focusing on individual and group therapy.
• Demonstrated knowledge of various evidence-based therapeutic practices and an understanding of mental health treatment methodologies.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills that foster trust and rapport with clients.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working within a detox or substance abuse setting is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and treatment planning.
• Training in specialized therapeutic interventions relevant to trauma, addiction, or co-occurring disorders.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
