Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to understand clients' needs and tailor individualized treatment plans accordingly.
• Provide counseling services for individuals, couples, and families, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities to promote healing and understanding.
• Engage in regular collaboration with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, advocating for comprehensive care and effective treatment strategies.
• Maintain meticulous and up-to-date client records, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and regulations.
• Stay informed about advancements in the mental health field by attending ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Solace Space, you will work with a diverse client population experiencing various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, and life transitions. Your skills will assist clients in navigating their personal journeys toward mental well-being, employing tailored approaches to accommodate their unique needs.

Qualifications

• A Master's Degree in Counseling or a related field is required.
• Active and valid licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor is essential.
• Strong foundation in providing outpatient counseling services, with pertinent experience in therapeutic settings preferred.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, allowing you to establish trust and rapport with clients effectively.

Preferred Experience

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for efficient client documentation.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 90,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. Our compensation package includes:
