Summer Camp Coach (Seasonal) Brooklyn, NY

Looking for a fun, active summer job working with kids?

Mets Baseball & Softball Camps is hiring energetic Summer Camp Coaches and Camp Counselors for our youth baseball and softball camps in Brooklyn. This is a paid seasonal position working with campers ages 413 in a positive, team-focused environment.

Whether you're a college student, student-athlete, teacher, coach, education major, recent graduate, or someone who enjoys working with children, this is a great opportunity to spend your summer outdoors while building leadership and coaching experience.

No professional coaching experience is requiredwe provide the training, curriculum, and equipment.

What You'll Do
  • Coach and mentor campers ages 413
  • Lead baseball and softball drills, games, and skill-building activities
  • Help create a safe, positive, and energetic camp environment
  • Encourage teamwork, confidence, sportsmanship, and personal growth
  • Work alongside experienced coaches and camp leadership
  • Assist with daily camp operations and camper supervision
