Location: Offsite Facility
Department: Warehouse / Operations
Pay: $25–$27 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:00 PM
Schedule may be subject to change based on business needs.

What You'll Do

As our Offsite Inventory Specialist, you'll play an important role in keeping our inventory accurate and our warehouse operations running smoothly.


You'll help coordinate receiving, inventory transfers, order fulfillment, cycle counts, and inventory transactions while making sure products are properly documented, stored, and traceable.


You'll also serve as an important link between our offsite warehouse, Home Run Inn facilities, third-party partners, and internal teams.


In short—you'll help make sure the right inventory gets where it needs to go, when it needs to get there.


You'll Spend Your Time

Keeping inventory moving

  • Process inbound and outbound inventory movements
  • Receive, verify, and document inventory shipments
  • Pick, verify, and prepare customer and internal orders for shipment
  • Maintain accurate product identification, storage, and lot traceability
  • Complete inventory transactions accurately within our ERP system

Keeping our inventory accurate

  • Perform cycle counts and inventory audits
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
  • Maintain accurate physical and system inventory balances
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual inventory activities
  • Identify inventory issues and recommend solutions

Keeping everything documented

  • Maintain inventory, shipping, receiving, and transfer documentation
  • Verify inventory transactions against physical inventory and supporting records
  • Follow inventory control and traceability requirements
  • Make sure documentation is accurate, complete, and up to date

Working together to solve problems

  • Communicate inventory shortages, discrepancies, and operational issues
  • Coordinate with warehouse, transportation, production, purchasing, and customer service teams
  • Assist with inventory-related investigations
  • Support operational requests and help keep things moving when challenges come up
