Job Description

If you are a high-energy sales professional who wants to be part of an award winning team who possesses exceptional phone skills and strong computer skills, then apply online for our New Home Advisor role!  This position supports the Nashville Division.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Generate sales in the greater Nashville market by answering questions and eliciting as much information as possible to help our Customers determine the David Weekley home and communities that best suit their needs.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to all email, phone and other inquiries received from customers.
  • Follow-up to create engagement, set appointments and complete other activities that result in their visiting our communities.
  • Maintain ongoing, personal contact with our Customers.
  • Demonstrate current, accurate and comprehensive knowledge of each David Weekley Homes community.
  • Work closely with Sales Consultants to determine the communities and homes that will best meet each Customer’s needs.
  • Display outstanding Customer Service skills and teamwork.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and disciplined. Must possess effective sales, customer service, organizational and communication skills. Must demonstrate an ability to consistently develop rapport & gain trust over the phone and Internet.

  • Two years of Real Estate sales experience.
  • Ability to meet and maintain real estate licensing conditions as required.
  • Demonstrated sales success.
  • Exceptional writing and telephone communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office software.
  • Ability to prioritize time well, manage several projects at once and working under deadlines.
  • Capable of working in an unstructured environment with minimal supervision.
  • Proven ability to consistently and properly follow up with Customer leads.
  • Experience with Instant Messaging technology preferred.
