Description

Cross Sound Ferry is seeking a highly motivated individual to assist in the management of our Orient Point Ferry Terminal.  This multi-faceted position includes: training and management of staff; overseeing the ticketing and organization of our customers; enforcing company policies and procedures; promoting a high level of customer service; assisting in maintaining the ferry terminal facility; and a variety of other tasks.  Applicant should be a "people person" who enjoys a variety of hands-on work.  The manager will oversee approximately 10 employees and must be capable of managing with a degree of independence. This position involves being outside and on your feet most of the time.  Candidates must have excellent customer service and communication skills.  We are looking for candidates with management experience and who are comfortable working with computers and technology.  This position requires working weekends and holidays.

Benefits include: competitive pay, 401K, profit-sharing plan, health and dental plan, paid vacation, overtime pay, etc.  Cross Sound Ferry is an Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity Employer. 

Pay Range: $27/hr - $30/hr based on experience, with opportunities for growth.
