Job description

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant, Program Coordinator to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions, assist in program projects, and coordinate events to drive the company's success.

Responsibilities:

  • Draft correspondences and other formal documents
  • Plan and schedule appointments and events
  • Greet, tour, and assist onsite guests
  • Answer inbound telephone calls, emails, and messages
  • Develop and implement organized filing systems
  • Pay invoices
  • Organize travel logistics
  • Perform all other office tasks

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
  • Sport program/rec programs coordination experience is a plus
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to physically move supplies and equipment
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Strong attention to detail
  • ​Strong organizational skills
