We're looking for an Associate Producer who can help bridge the gap between creative development and production execution. This role is ideal for someone who loves content creation, thrives in fast-paced environments, and enjoys turning ideas into finished productions.

Position Overview

The Associate Producer supports the Producer throughout the entire content creation process, from concept development and pre-production planning to shoot execution and post-production coordination.

This person will help organize productions, manage logistics, coordinate resources, support creative development, and ensure projects stay on track from start to finish.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, resourceful, and capable of balancing both creative and operational responsibilities.

Key ResponsibilitiesPre-Production
  • Break down scripts and create production plans
  • Assist in coordination of props, wardrobe, locations, and production resources
  • Assist with talent coordination and scheduling
  • Create and/or send essential production documents (e.g. call sheets, deal memos, waivers, NDAs)
  • Ensure all production requirements are secured before filming
  • Help track deliverables and deadlines across departments
Production (Shoot Days)
  • Support crew & talent
  • Assist with crew, talent, and location coordination
  • Assist with production logistics and daily schedules
  • Ensure production assets are organized and available before they are needed
  • Troubleshoot issues in real-time
