POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a Senior Art Director with 10+ years of experience to collaborate on the visual direction and creative strategy for Procaps Labs’ marketing initiatives. This is a hands-on, strategic role requiring deep expertise in campaign concepting, omnichannel marketing, brand development, and the execution of high-quality creative across digital, print, and video platforms.

*** Reporting Relationship: This position reports directly to the Creative Director.

WHAT YOU’LL DO ( ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES)

  • Lead and execute creative concepts for omnichannel marketing campaigns (digital, social, print, packaging, events, and video).
  • Develop, maintain, and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Conceptualize, design, and oversee marketing campaigns from ideation to execution, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and communications teams to develop visuals that engage audiences and support campaigns.
  • Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback, support, and leadership for a growing in-house team.
  • Produce or supervise video content and multimedia assets as needed (video editing experience is a plus).
  • Stay current with industry trends, design technologies, and omnichannel marketing best practices.
  • Support the evolution of L&D strategies with contributions to planning, tool selection, and innovation.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned in support of the company’s learning and development goals.

Requirements

WHAT YOU BRING (MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS)

  • 10+ years of professional experience in art direction, visual design, or creative leadership, ideally with both agency and in-house experience.
  • Proven experience in omnichannel campaign concepting and execution.
  • Strong background in branding, including creating, maintaining, and evolving brand guides.
  • Hands-on expertise in digital and print design; video editing skills are a plus.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects/Premiere), Figma, or similar design and prototyping tools.
  • Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills, with experience mentoring designers.
  • Excellent visual storytelling skills and ability to translate marketing objectives into compelling designs.
