Encore Wellness is seeking a skilled digital media coordinator to join our Virtual Wellness team! At Encore, whether you are part of our Call Center team and making outreach calls to inform potential members of the benefits of our program, on the front lines in one of our centers in our gym or physical therapy departments, or on our Wellness Everywhere virtual team connecting with members, nation wide virtually; you will be able to see and feel the difference you are making on a daily basis.
*This position will work remotely, but candidate(s) must live in Las Vegas, NV*
This is a part-time role, approximately 20-24 hours per week.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Included, but not limited to:
  • Work closely with the Digital Media Supervisor to attain video production targets.
  • Edit video content for social media, on-demand library, and live class recordings, including emergency or unplanned streams and orientation content.
  • Create graphics, flyers, and thumbnails using Canva and AI tools.
  • Mix basic audio tracks for use in live classes.
  • Review and edit/enhance class descriptions, program descriptions, captions, and video titles.
  • Proofread newsletters, social posts, and other department media.
  • Maintain organized file management and track work using shared tools.
  • Collaborate with Virtual Instructors to ensure timely production and delivery of engaging fitness content; providing feedback and ensuring alignment with the platform's goals and target audience.
  • Organize content calendars and promotional/marketing materials, ensuring accuracy of diverse mix of workout types, durations, and difficulty levels.
  • Build and update the quarterly class schedule calendar (PDF), used internally, on the website, in emails, and on Facebook.
  • Curate and post content on various social media platforms, emphasizing engagement and community building.
  • Independently plan and execute recurring content features.
  • Repurpose and edit existing content for new promotional use across social media and email.
  • Respond to comments and messages, fostering a positive and supportive online community.
  • Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns to promote virtual offerings and platform features.
  • Monitor performance across digital media channels using available platform reporting tools (such as Meta Business Suite); provide regular summaries of engagement trends and recommend content adjustments based on findings.
  • Help maintain a consistent brand voice and messaging across all digital channels.
  • Actively engage with members, addressing inquiries, and encouraging user-generated content.
  • Stay updated on digital media trends and tools, exploring new technologies that can enhance the platform's digital presence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital media efforts with overall business goals.
  • Demonstrate goal-directed behavior.
  • Demonstrate communication ability and creates mechanisms to facilitate effective communication within the department and the organization.

Qualifications:
