We’re looking for a curious, driven Associate Product Designer to join our team and grow their craft while contributing to meaningful digital experiences. In this role, you’ll support Senior Designers and Associate Creative Directors across a range of internal and external projects—helping translate user needs and business goals into clear, thoughtful design solutions.

You’ll learn and collaborate across the full product lifecycle—from early discovery and sketching to refined UI delivery—in a highly collaborative, mentor-rich environment.

Reporting Structure

Reports to: Associate Creative Director or Creative Director of User Experience

Interfaces with: Executive Creative Director, Director of Digital Experience, VP of Digital, Digital Strategists, Director of Marketing, Designers, Writers, Agency Partners, Video Partners, Product Managers, and Developers

What You’ll Do

  • Support Senior Designers and Creative Directors in translating product vision, business goals, and user needs into cohesive design solutions
  • Assist with user research activities—helping apply findings and iterate designs based on user feedback
  • Collaborate with Product Managers and developers to understand requirements and ensure design aligns with both product strategy and technical feasibility
  • Contribute to the design of user flows, wireframes, and UI for web and native applications under the guidance of senior team members
  • Present UX and UI work clearly to teammates and incorporate feedback in a constructive, open manner
  • Support the maintenance of design systems, patterns, and standards to ensure consistency across products
  • Participate in design critiques, asking thoughtful questions and beginning to articulate design decisions and rationale
  • Iterate quickly based on feedback, technical constraints, and evolving project requirements
  • Work effectively within cross-disciplinary teams alongside designers, developers, strategists, and client stakeholders

Work Experience

  • Recently graduated or 1–2 years’ experience in a creative field (agency, marketing, or production company)
  • Experience working with web and native applications a plus
  • Background in Digital Design with a strong foundational understanding of visual design principles
  • Genuine curiosity about AI tools and an openness to exploring how they can support design workflows—from ideation and research to rapid prototyping and workflow efficiency
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a highly collaborative, feedback-driven environment
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present work clearly and ask thoughtful questions
  • Comfort collaborating across disciplines and incorporating feedback from multiple stakeholders

Preferred Experience

  • Exposure to or interest in design systems and component libraries
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design best practices
  • Experience participating in agile or iterative development processes

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $60,000 - $90,000 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.
