We are seeking a highly motivated Associate Technical Recruiter who sources candidates for skilled industrial project-based work that requires travel across the country. FlexTrades will provide extensive industry training and experience.


This position requires a high level of enthusiasm and desire for activity and output driven metrics-based sourcing. FlexTrades recruiting team has high standards for activity and output metrics and those that excel in our high-performance environment enjoy long term, lucrative careers with FlexTrades. Sourcing involves high volume phone, text and email work as our highly skilled positions generally require multitudes of potential candidates for every successful assignment. While prior sourcing or recruiting experience is preferred, ambitious individuals with experience in fast paced, performance-based environments such as sales, hospitality and telemarketing are also encouraged to apply.


Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Create enthusiasm for FlexTrades’ unique and lucrative traveling manufacturing trades positions, including CNC Machinists, Welders, Maintenance Technicians, Assemblers/Builders, etc.
  • Source, interview, screen, and qualify candidates for skilled manufacturing job openings at client locations throughout the nation.
  • Conduct 300+ weekly outbound sourcing calls, texts, and emails to build a strong pipeline of candidates with a diverse set of skills.
  • Understand candidate requirements by studying job description, info sheets, and job qualifications.
  • Utilize recruiting software to manage candidate and employee information to efficiently initiate recruiting orders.
  • Utilize various job boards and the internet to source candidates for placement at various client companies.
  • Work with skilled industrial candidates and employees to answer questions they may have regarding job opportunities through FlexTrades.
  • Assign and evaluate character and skills assessments.
  • Maintain relationships with candidates and employees by providing courteous phone customer service and reporting issues to management in a timely manner as appropriate.
  • Meet and/or exceed weekly activity and output metrics.
  • Perform basic administrative duties associated with Recruiting and Deployments.

  • All other duties as assigned.
Requirements:

Minimum Required Skills & Experience:

  • 2 years of high volume recruiting.
  • Previous recruiting or sales experience in a high-volume environment required.
  • Previous experience meeting weekly metrics and/or key performance indicators.
