Job Summary:
ClifyX is a company seeking an SFDC Business Analyst to manage Salesforce configurations and integrations. The role requires expertise in reports and dashboards as well as knowledge of the insurance domain, acting as a Subject Matter Expert and Business Analyst as needed.
Responsibilities:
• Can take care of configurations/ existing customization
• Knowledge on Integration with different system.
• Reports/Dashboards
• Knowledge on insurance domain.
• Should have expertise on Exact target.
• Exact target and Salesforce integration
• Can act as SME/ BA as and when required
• Proficiency in Salesforce configurations.
• Extensive knowledge on reports and dashboards
• Proficient in Salesforce integration with different platforms.
• Expertise on Exact Target and SF integration
• Should be able to act as SME and BA for Salesforce project.
• Should have knowledge on different App exchange apps.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Around 4-7 years of relevant experience in Salesforce.
• Can take care of configurations/ existing customization
• Knowledge on Integration with different system.
• Reports/Dashboards
• Knowledge on insurance domain.
• Should have expertise on Exact target.
• Exact target and Salesforce integration
• Can act as SME/ BA as and when required
• Proficiency in Salesforce configurations.
• Extensive knowledge on reports and dashboards
• Proficient in Salesforce integration with different platforms.
• Expertise on Exact Target and SF integration
• Should be able to act as SME and BA for Salesforce project.
• Should have knowledge on different App exchange apps.
Preferred:
• Good Communication skills and Salesforce certification
• SF to Informatica integration experience
• Knowledge on ET email templates.
