Remote (Based out of Tuscon, Phoenix, or Las Vegas)

Pay Range:
$75,000.00 Plus Variable Commission

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:
Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week

Elucent Medical is a medical device company focused on developing surgical navigation technologies, particularly for cancer surgery, to improve patient outcomes through precision and efficacy. The company's solutions are designed to transform traditional surgical instruments into "smart" tools, enhancing surgical precision and patient outcomes.

Job Summary:
The Associate Sales Representative will work with their specific Area Director to focus on all of Elucent’s different acquisition options for the EnVisio technology. Individuals in this role will develop a pipeline in their respective geography, with the primary goal of cold calling to establish appointments for their Area Director. This individual will also ensure that all capital and service quotas are met on an annual basis. In addition to their capital responsibilities, this individual will also conduct product evaluations when needed, and they will secure service contracts for all EnVisio systems being used in their territory. It is expected that these individuals will be well versed in Elucent’s technology (and in all competitive platforms), and that they will be clinically competent in all relevant disease states (breast and lung cancer).

Supervisory Responsibilities:
None.

Job Responsibilities:
The Sales Representative will work with their Area Director to achieve the region’s capital sales goals and business objectives
Responsible for identifying and targeting new accounts to expand customer base by building champions with potential influencers, engaging with key stakeholders and driving the sales process
Work with Area Directors to develop business plans to achieve annual sales quotas associated with capital equipment and revenue numbers
Develop key relationships with new and existing customers to build clinical champions through frequent visits, sales demonstrations, and educational opportunities
Provide in-case procedural support for evaluations with prospective hospitals/physicians
Provide in-case procedural support for current customers when needed
Regularly serve as a technical consultant to physicians in the procedure room
Other key responsibilities include:
Launching/installing/implementing new accounts
Communicating pricing
Building and delivering budgetary proposals
Following up on contracts
Management of all aspects of the customer groups, which may include members of large hospital systems/IDNs/GPOs, teaching, city and community hospitals.
Maintain an active and ongoing commitment to compliance with all company policies and applicable federal, state and local laws, including but not limited to HIPPA, Sunshine Act and the Elucent Guidelines on interaction with US Healthcare Professionals.

Qualifications
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree
1-5 years of Medical Device Experience and/or business-to-business sales experience required
OR experience strongly preferred.

Required Skills/Abilities:
Strong proven sales track record with documented growth and achievements.
Demonstrated evidence of success in previous sales role, indicating a high level of sales performance, influence and selling skills.
Capital Equipment experience preferred.
Experience introducing new products into the market.

Physical Requirements / Work Conditions:
Capable of standing for multiple hours at a time.
Capability of lifting up to 50 pounds on occasion.
Ability to travel up to 75%.
