ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY

The Retail Recruiter reports to the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition and is responsible for supporting the full-cycle recruitment process to attract, assess, and hire talent across a growing portfolio of retail locations throughout North America, This role focuses on high-volume hiring for store-level positions, including Sales Associates, Operations, and Store Leadership roles.

The Retail Recruiter partners closely with Talent Acquisition, Human Resources Business Partners, Regional Directors, General Managers, and Store Leaders to align hiring strategies with business needs and workforce planning objectives. This role ensures that recruitment efforts are efficient, consistent, and aligned with organizational standards and customer experience goals.

Success in this position requires strong stakeholder management, the ability to navigate multiple priorities, and effective communication across diverse teams.

The Retail Recruiter supports hiring managers in making consistent and equitable hiring decisions while balancing speed, quality, and candidate experience.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Manages fullcycle recruitment process for assigned North American retail locations, from sourcing strategy through offer acceptance and onboarding.

  • Supports high volume, multi location hiring in a fastpaced retail environment, balancing speedtofill with quality-of-hire and candidate experience.

  • Partners with Regional Directors and Store Leaders to prioritize requisitions, align expectations, and address urgent staffing needs.

  • Executes comprehensive recruiting strategies for our store & studio roles

  • Manages processes for identifying and developing internal retail talent while delivering a strong slate of external candidates for each opening.

  • Maximizes use of the applicant tracking system and webbased recruiting tools to drive efficiency and visibility.

  • Participates in recruiting events such as career fairs, community outreach, and local partnerships to support hiring needs and build brand awareness

  • Acts as a brand ambassador, clearly articulating and "selling" our culture, values, and employee experience to prospective candidates.

  • Interviews, assesses, and closes candidates while ensuring hiring practices support diversity, affirmative action, and equal employment opportunity goals.

  • Guides store leaders through structured interviewing, selection decisions, and compensation recommendations.

  • Supports hiring managers with interview training, process education, and compliance responsibilities.

  • Stays current on retail hiring trends, wage dynamics, and labor market conditions to continuously optimize recruiting strategies.

  • Maintains strong relationships with retail talent communities to support short and long term workforce needs.

  • Monitors and reports on recruiting activity, including requisition status and key performance metrics.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

  • 3-5 years of recruiting experience, with a strong emphasis on retail, high-volume, or multilocation environments.

  • Experience recruiting for luxury, consumerfacing, or customer experience driven brands strongly preferred.

  • Demonstrated ability to influence and guide leaders without direct authority.

  • Proven experience managing multiple requisitions, stakeholders, and hiring priorities simultaneously.

  • Strong behavioral interviewing, assessment, and closing skills.

  • Understanding of employment laws and recruiting compliance in the North American retail landscape.

  • Experience using applicant tracking systems and web based recruiting tools.

  • Strong communication and relationship building skills

  • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and thrive in a fast paced, evolving environment.
