This role blends strategic P&L ownership with hands-on execution across revenue, content, audience growth, and product monetization. You will act as the central operator for your brand(s), driving profitability, scaling commerce initiatives, and evolving the business from a single-site model into a diversified, multi-surface ecosystem.
This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, execution, and optimization.Key ResponsibilitiesP&L & Commercial Ownership
  • Own full P&L performance at the EBITDA level, identifying opportunities for revenue growth and cost optimization.
  • Manage and scale commerce, affiliate, newsletter, sponsorship, and emerging revenue streams.
  • Develop and expand repeatable business offerings such as commerce hubs, newsletters, evergreen content products, and landing-page funnels.
Revenue & Growth Strategy
  • Identify, launch, and manage direct affiliate partnerships to drive high-intent traffic, leads, and conversions.
  • Build and optimize high-intent funnels across sites, newsletters, landing pages, and utility experiences.
  • Partner with performance marketing and sales teams to maximize RPM, CVR, retention, and lifetime value.

  • Monitor KPIs across revenue, traffic, engagement, and conversion; provide clear reporting and actionable insights.
  • Ensure tracking accuracy, link integrity, and performance visibility across templates and products.
