Job Description

The Associate Project Manager will be responsible for managing workflow of assigned digital projects from end-to-end, such as scheduling/timeline development and management, talent resourcing, estimate to actuals management, project plan adherence and QA. Project types often include web, email, digital banners, and direct mail. In this role, you will collaborate with dedicated creative and development teams, as well as with partners across our organization.

Responsibilities
  • Manages small to mid-sized projects independently or supporting a Senior Project Manager/Project Director in leading a portion of a larger engagement on time, on budget while exceeding client expectations.
  • Responsible for scheduling, tracking, change management, evaluating, and controlling projects.
  • Sets clear expectations for tasks and deliverables across teams accountable for work, communicating clearly to the team and providing proper materials/documentation when necessary.
  • Anticipate, identify, and communicate risks and seek partnership/guidance from a more Senior Project Manager or the Program Director to assist in mitigating any issues.
  • Provide ongoing monitoring of progress: project lifecycle analysis, resource management, detailed timing/schedules, budget input and production issue feedback to Senior Project Manager/Project Director; consults with team and adjusts as needed. 
Qualifications
  • 2+years of project management experience in an agency environment managing a high volume of projects and project types such as, web, email, digital banners, direct mail, etc. preferred.
  • Ability to work cross disciplinary across all functional departments.
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to multi-task in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, particularly in conjunction with work-flow steps and internal processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; Experience with Smartsheet and JIRA or some other project tracking tool preferred.

Compensation Range: $50,065 - $73,944 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
