Job description

Lynch & Associates is a growing multi-disciplinary consulting firm located in New Berlin and Burlington, Wisconsin with a family focused culture. Our core business includes civil engineering, surveying, construction observation, and municipal services. We provide innovative solutions through technology, inspired design, and client centric customer service. We are currently seeking a highly motivated Project Manager.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • 6- 10 years of experience.
  • BS in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • PE Registration or recognized as a technical expert.
  • Participation in a Professional Organization.
  • Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

Essential Responsibilities:
Candidates would be required to perform the following tasks:
  • Manage civil engineering projects and construction observation services.
  • Work independently.
  • Manage the training and oversight of staff.
  • Design site civil, municipal, and transportation projects with the use of AutoCAD Civil 3D and other design software.
  • Prepare reports and permits for site civil, transportation, and municipal projects.
  • Provide QA/QC of designs completed by engineering staff.
  • Communicate with project teams in all offices.
  • Direct staff on project tasks.
  • Assist in proposals and contract preparation with all final contracts reviewed and approved by a Managing Member.
  • Responsible for project budgeting, project billings, and AR.
  • Assist in marketing.
  • Client management responsibilities.
  • Regular communication with clients, peers, and agencies.
  • Have the ability to provide overtime to meet project deadlines.
  • Maintain insurability under the Lynch & Associates Automotive policy to operate a company or personal vehicle to conduct business
  • Assist in any other assigned tasks in support of the Lynch & Associates team.
