Job Summary

The Project Manager / Implementation Lead is responsible for leading the successful implementation of software products into ISCorp’s secure, private cloud environment. This role manages client-facing projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables align with both client expectations and ISCorp’s standards of excellence. The position requires exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate technical requirements into clear business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead implementation projects for ISCorp clients, ensuring scope, budget, and timeline targets are met.
  • Develop and manage project plans, communication strategies, and stakeholder alignment processes.
  • Assign and monitor project tasks, ensuring accountability and progress across cross-functional teams.
  • Define project roles and responsibilities in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain detailed project documentation, including schedules, status reports, and risk assessments.
  • Manage change control and escalation processes to ensure transparency and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to plan, test, and deploy software solutions in ISCorp’s private cloud.
  • Analyze project performance and implement process improvements for efficiency and quality.
  • Serve as the primary client contact for project updates, milestones, and post-implementation follow-up.

Required Qualifications
