Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership & Performance

  • Direct and leadday-to-day operational teams to meet and exceed planned deliverables while managing a high volume of concurrent tasks.Ensure operational excellenceand achievement of the operations plan within the assigned geographic area.
  • Drive customer satisfactionby ensuring the organization meets or exceeds customer and sales goal expectations.
  • Manage resource allocation, reallocating personnel as needed to improve overall results and project delivery efficiency.
  • Collaboratewith national operations leaders and other internal areas toleveragebest practices and align with companyobjectives.

Project Management & Revenue

  • Oversee and manageall aspects of project execution, adhering strictly toestablishedproject processes.
  • Provide direction and mentorshiptoassistingProject Managersandensuring successful project delivery.
  • Direct revenue forecasting activitiesandestablishperformance standards that align with established businessobjectives.
  • Support Project Managersinidentifying, securing, and processing change orders for out-of-scope work.
  • Assist the Sales teamby reviewing contract documents, drawings, and specifications to ensure accuracy in bid estimations.

Talent Management & Development

  • Lead all hiring responsibilities,recruitingand onboarding Project Managers, System Specialist Supervisors, System Specialists, and Associate Project Managers with the requisite skills and competencies.
  • Develop and implementcoaching and training programs for the operations team on advanced project management techniques to ensure they achieve targets.
  • Conduct regular coaching sessions(e.g., "ride-alongs") with employees and meet with key clients to build and strengthen relationships.

Strategic & Customer Engagement

  • Partner with the Sales Managerto develop strategic business plans for both securing new business andmaintainingthe existing customer base.
  • Ensure the establishment and developmentof professional, strategic relationships with key prospects to better understand and meet customer needs within the contracted scope.

Basic Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 5+yearsProject Management Experience
  • 5+yearsexperience inbuilding automation systems in either Retail, Industrial,Pharmaceutical, HVAC Construction, Data Center and Services
  • 4+ yearsexperience infield operations
  • 2+ years experience in leading a team
  • Valid Driver's License

Pay Range

The annual salary for this position is between $96,000.00 - $192,000.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.

Other Compensation

Thisposition is entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
