Job Description

  • Lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, forecasting, and overall project execution.
  • Provide leadership to project teams while mentoring Project Managers and support staff.
  • Coordinate owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor project financial performance and identify opportunities to improve profitability.
  • Review contracts, project documents, change orders, and project risks.
  • Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality expectations.

Qualifications
