Who you are
You're a confident and competitive individual who loves to win. Your strengths lie in building strong relationships, coming up with innovative solutions and finding ways to make them happen. You're a bold negotiator, who wants to be in a consultative role. Ideally, you'll have an interest in commercial real estate, previous sales experience (although not required), you are not afraid of business development and won't take no for an answer. You'll have the autonomy to manage your own territory while accessing a global network of market-leading research, marketing and project management experts to support you.
What you bring

  • Post-secondary degree or diploma is required.

  • Hold (or in the process of obtaining) a valid Real Estate License.

  • A valid driver's license and fully insured automobile.

  • Strong interpersonal skills - can build rapport and credibility with people at all levels.

  • Must be detail oriented; possess outstanding verbal and written communication.

  • Possess strong computer skills, including intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.


Bonus skills and experience

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Previous business development and/or sales activities, such as cold-calling and market research.

  • Experience in commercial real estate or related industry
