Job Purpose

Serves as a strategic advisor to their assigned Co-ops by providing insights and guidance on marketing strategy based on regional needs, customer behavior, and market nuances. Supports marketing and sales objectives by managing programs and projects that advance marketing goals for assigned products, services, or regions, translating regional insights into actionable marketing plans and initiatives in partnership with internal teams, external vendors, and Member properties.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing plans, proposals, and promotional initiatives for assigned products, services, market segments, or regions (Co-ops), aligning strategy to regional trends and opportunities.
  • Coordinate integrated marketing activities across advertising, direct marketing, events, field marketing, and digital platforms to ensure alignment with brand strategy, regional priorities, and business objectives.
  • Research regional needs and marketing communication opportunities, developing presentations, recommendations, and promotional content tailored to market dynamics.
  • Partner with internal teams and external vendors to develop, schedule, and produce marketing materials, including creative assets and messaging.
  • Analyze marketing performance data to evaluate effectiveness, identify regional trends and variances, and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Prepare and deliver reports and presentations to communicate insights and support strategic decision-making.
  • Support budget planning, vendor coordination, and cost tracking to ensure effective execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Manage assigned Co-op activities in partnership with leadership, including stakeholder communication, meeting coordination, and identification of regional opportunities.
  • Leverage AI-enabled tools and emerging technologies to enhance data analysis, campaign optimization, and marketing efficiency.


Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Approximately 2+ years of professional marketing experience, preferably within hospitality, travel, or multi-location environments.

Required Knowledge and Skills:

  • Understanding of integrated marketing principles across advertising, digital, events, and field marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Ability to manage projects and coordinate cross-functional teams effectively.
  • Experience with marketing performance metrics and budget tracking.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with market segments and brand positioning.
  • Experience using AI-enabled tools for analysis, forecasting, or campaign optimization preferred.

Work Schedule/Location/Other Requirements

  • You must reside in Arizona for this role.
  • This is a hybrid position, requiring onsite presence Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at our Headquarters' location, with the option to work remotely on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The office address is 6201 N 24th Parkway, Phoenix, Arizona 85016.
  • May travel up to 10% of work time.
