Job description

We are looking for a Program Coordinator for Ocotillo. Under the supervision of the Program Director, is expected to serve as a participating member of the client's team and provide services to promote positive behavioral change for clients. Responsible for clinical oversight of client care, and to the team as it relates to the delivery of services, including the assessment and service planning processes. Provides or coordinates all covered services (e.g. case management, outreach, crisis intervention, and counseling) to address clients' individual treatment needs. Responsible for providing ongoing training, support and education to their team.
Minimum Qualifications :
  • Bachelors or master's degree, plus two (2) years behavioral health work experience, including at least 6 months in a supervisory position.
  • Associate degree plus four (4) years behavioral health work experience, including at least 6 months in a supervisory position.
  • High School Diploma or GED plus Peer Support Specialist certification from an AHCCCS approved training program plus five (5) years of behavioral health work experience, including at least 6 months in a supervisory position.
  • High School Diploma or GED plus six (6) years of behavioral health work experience, including at least 6 months in a supervisory position.
