Job description

Position Title: Product Manager
Role Purpose

LevelTen Energy’s mission is to accelerate the energy transition by facilitating frictionless transactions. As the leading provider of renewable transaction infrastructure, we deliver the cloud-based software, centralized supply, automated analytics, and transaction expertise required to power the renewable energy economy. The LevelTen Platform is the world’s largest online hub for renewable energy buyers, sellers, advisors, asset owners and financiers, and delivers the online tools and expertise they need to buy, sell and finance assets quickly.

Join us on a mission that matters.

We’re looking for a Product Manager to join our growing product team and own a meaningful slice of the LevelTen platform. This is a mid-level, end-to-end product role for someone who is comfortable driving discovery, defining requirements, and delivering alongside engineering and design.

You’ll work on products that serve renewable energy developers and buyers, contributing to both ongoing product improvement and strategic platform initiatives. The work spans user-facing features, platform scalability, and cross-functional collaboration
with commercial, engineering, and analytics teams.

The right candidate brings a mix of product instinct, stakeholder maturity, and execution discipline — and is energized by working in a domain where the problems are complex and the impact is real.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Own a product domain end-to-end: strategy, discovery, prioritization, requirements, delivery, and iteration
  • Conduct user and stakeholder discovery to develop a deep understanding of your users’ workflows, motivations, and pain points — and translate those insights into clear product requirements
  • Partner with design to define user experience, provide feedback on concepts, and ensure delivered experiences meet user needs and product intent • Partner closely with engineering on both feature development and platform work, including initiatives that involve migrating or re-platforming existing functionality
  • Balance input from enterprise customers and internal stakeholders against broader platform needs — proactively distinguishing what should generalize vs. what stays customer-specific
  • Write high-quality PRDs, user stories, and documentation that support engineering, design, and commercial partners
  • Collaborate with other PMs to ensure your product surface integrates cleanly with adjacent workflows and user journeys
  • Manage stakeholders across commercial, legal, and customer-facing teams with clarity and professionalism
  • Communicate product decisions, tradeoffs, and progress effectively to internal and external audiences
Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of product management experience, with a track record of owning a product area end-to-end
  • Experience with B2B SaaS platforms; familiarity with marketplace, supply-side, or partner-facing products is a strong plus
  • Demonstrated ability to scope and deliver in ambiguous environments — including re-platforming work, market expansion, or early-stage product development
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience navigating enterprise customer relationships and balancing customer-specific requests against platform-level thinking
  • Analytical mindset: comfortable working with data and partnering with analytics and engineering teams to validate assumptions and measure outcomes
  • Ability to translate complex workflows and user needs into clear, actionable product documentation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to articulate tradeoffs to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar
  • Interest in renewable energy, energy markets, or sustainability (prior experience is a plus but not required)
Benefits / Perks
  • Full Medical, Vision and Dental coverage
  • Wellness Credit
  • Flexible vacation policy
  • 11 paid company holidays
  • 401k
In the Seattle office
  • Casual dress code
  • Commuter benefits
  • Standing desk options
  • Regular company-sponsored happy hours
  • Hybrid in-office/work from home schedule
Additional Information
  • This position is based out of our office in the Belltown neighborhood of Seattle, WA (hybrid work schedule).
  • The estimated compensation for this position is $96,000 - $130,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. In addition, this position is eligible for an annual bonus and an equity grant.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without a current or future need for visa sponsorship.
