Join the Security & Privacy Product Development Team (ProdSec) and help shape the future of trust and privacy for millions of Ring and Blink customers worldwide. You'll drive high-impact programs like passkey authentication, verified account creation, and innovative privacy experiences that directly strengthen customer trust and control.
As a Technical Program Manager on our team, you'll own the delivery of customer-facing security and privacy features across all Ring and Blink platforms-from mobile apps to web experiences. You'll work at the intersection of product, engineering, legal, and privacy teams to bring innovative authentication, authorization, and privacy features to life. This is your opportunity to make security and privacy delightful for customers while contributing to cross-device experiences across Amazon's Devices & Services organization. As our organization accelerates its AI-Build transformation, you'll experiment with AI tools to accelerate product delivery and push boundaries on how we build.

Key job responsibilities
- Program Delivery: Plan, implement, and deliver security and privacy programs while collaborating with Product Managers, business owners, and senior leadership to align with strategic vision and goals
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Own successful delivery of impactful, cross-functional program initiatives while simultaneously tracking multiple smaller projects
- Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain strong working relationships with technical and non-technical teams involved with information security and privacy
- Strategic Planning: Drive cross-functional planning by working closely with engineering leads to develop security feature plans, including roadmaps, dependency identification, and resourcing plans
- Process Coordination: Manage programs across cross-functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
- Security & Privacy Facilitation: Facilitate application security reviews and privacy reviews with appropriate stakeholder teams; coordinate compliance activities with information security policies and practices
- Metrics & Reporting: Establish metrics and regular reporting mechanisms for measuring security posture and program health
- Continuous Improvement: Drive, mature, and improve organizational security and privacy program processes; identify trends and insights to innovate and find better ways of engaging customers
- AI-First Programs Development: Operate within the pioneering RBKS Builders model - a new way of working that reshapes collaboration between PMs, TPMs, and engineers to accelerate delivery. Leverage AI tools to build prototypes, draft product/tech documentation, and compress development timelines.

You'll engage with engineering, design, legal, and customer experience teams to drive security and privacy initiatives from conception to implementation. We're a collaborative group of product and program managers who deliver the security and privacy features that millions of Ring and Blink customers rely on daily - from passkey authentication to device ownership transfers to privacy controls. Our team thrives on solving complex, cross-functional challenges spanning engineering, legal, privacy, design, security, customer experience, and customer support. We constantly balance security requirements that protect customer accounts and data with seamless, delightful experiences. We operate in an AI-first environment, using tools like Amazon Quick, Claude, Kiro, and Cursor to accelerate everything from product discovery to engineering delivery - as part of the pioneering RBKS Builders model that reshapes how PMs, TPMs, and engineers work together. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 2+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- 3+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of software development experience
- Knowledge of security technology and concepts (Authentication, Authorization, Single sign-on, Cryptography, etc.)
- Experience working with legal, compliance, and privacy teams

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
