About the role
This position will be responsible to provide support to Product Management to increase the profitability of existing and new product lines, identify customer needs to suggest product or process improvements, and assist with the pricing, inventory, and other day-to-day responsibilities.
Responsibilities
  • Support Product Management for operational management of the product line including lead-time requests, product returns, stock rotations, late order support, expedite requests, technical support, stocking requests, etc.
  • Conduct regular review of sales activities by product, market transition, and market share
  • Responsible for data collection and internal distribution of market share and market trends
  • Manage competitive pricing matrix for key products and report on trends and market transitions
  • Proactively recommend internal process and system improvements to streamline workflows and improve Product Management team efficiency
  • Provide recommendations or pricing adjustments and impacts to profitability
  • Manage product or engineering change notices and requests
  • Provide overall sales support on products, product use, warranty information, and company policy
  • Recommend product improvements that improve the user experience and increase customer satisfaction

Qualifications
Technical
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills
  • Working knowledge of manufacturing and operations processes a plus
  • Must be proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint
