Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 10%
Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 10%

About This Job
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Product Manager to join our Banking Fintech team. In this role, you will work closely with senior product managers, engineers, designers, and business stakeholders to build and enhance digital financial products. You will help drive product initiatives that improve customer experience, ensure regulatory compliance, and support scalable growth.
Responsibilities
  • Assist in defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, compliance, marketing) to deliver high-quality product features
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify user needs
  • Write clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Support product lifecycle management from ideation through launch and iteration
  • Analyze product performance using data and user feedback to inform decisions
  • Ensure products comply with financial regulations and security standards
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives)

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field
  • 1-3+ years of experience in product management, consulting, banking, or fintech
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
