JOB TITLE

Stamping Process Engineering Associate Specialist

WHAT YOU WILL DO

    Inspection and reporting of building progress
    Identification and reporting of problems
    Support for installation and tryout of new equipment and press die
    Purchase, installation, and tryout support for tooling (pallets, tools, BLK racks)
    Reporting of new vehicle development progress status
    Daily production plan and performance reporting, plan adjustment
    Daily, monthly, and annual production plan and performance reporting
    Analysis and reporting of production downtime
    Quality reporting and review related to non-operational factors.
    Post-process problem analysis and reporting
    Material issue excerpt, feedback, and analysis
    Installation and tryout support for auxiliary equipment (overhead crane, scrap conveyor, die transportation)
    Purchase, installation, and tryout support for press die processing equipment (CNC plano milling machine, lathe, milling, etc.)
    Investment plan and progress reporting
    Worker management and work standard preparation support.
    Safety rules and regulations compliance check and education support

While in Office:
This position is primarily sedentary and requires working at a desk and computer for extended periods. Responsibilities may include:

When in Production Area (if applicable):
