We are looking for an AI Strategy and Process Lead with 5+ years of experience to institutionalize the use of AI across our core business processes. This is a crucial role for a builder who combines operational rigor with pragmatic technical fluency to drive durable productivity gains and build scalable institutional capability.

What will you be doing?

  • Partner with functional leaders to identify high-leverage processes suitable for AI enablement.
  • Lead the end-to-end deployment of AI tools and workflow redesign across pilot functions.
  • Define standardized metrics to assess AI impact and establish dashboards to track performance.
  • Develop and document a repeatable AI evaluation and implementation framework.
  • Present regular updates to executive leadership on outcomes, risks, and expansion opportunities.

Key Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in process transformation, operations, automation, or strategic initiatives.
  • Demonstrated success delivering measurable productivity, cost, or quality improvements.
  • Practical familiarity with AI tools, workflow automation platforms, and modern productivity systems.
  • Strong analytical capability with comfort defining metrics and evaluating ROI.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive adoption without direct authority.
