Description

Join our team as a Warehouse Associate in our plastic injection molding manufacturing facility. Your role will involve efficiently handling loading and unloading trailers, managing inventory, documentation, and ERP system entries, ensuring the seamless flow of materials and products.


Essential Functions and Responsibilities:


Load and unload trailers promptly, ensuring the safe handling of materials and components.

Store finished goods, raw materials, and components in designated areas, maintaining a well-organized inventory.

Complete paperwork accurately, including bill of lading, pick lists, and shipping documentation.

Execute material movements, putting away incoming items and picking products for shipment.

Thoroughly document all shipments and receipts, promptly reporting any discrepancies to supervisors.

Employ kanban cards effectively to ensure continuous production by monitoring and restocking materials.

Facilitate cycle counts of inventory to maintain accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.

Print labels and necessary paperwork for shipments, adhering to quality and labeling standards.

Receive and ship products in the ERP system, maintaining digital records of all transactions.

Collaborate with production teams to ensure they have a steady supply of materials, proactively addressing shortages.

Maintain a clean and organized shipping and receiving area, adhering to safety and quality protocols.

Qualifications:


High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations preferred.

Familiarity with ERP systems and basic computer skills.
