Agility 360 is hiring an Operations Services Associate (contract) to join a fast-paced, high-volume production environment at our client's office in Irving, TX. In this role, you will support critical operational processes tied to property loans, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional client service. This position is ideal for someone detail-oriented who thrives in structured workflows involving document processing, data analysis, and quality control. You will leverage various tools and resources to research, validate, and manage data while meeting strict deadlines and service-level expectations.

Essential Job Functions

  • Deliver high-quality client service in a deadline-driven, high-volume environment
  • Perform document processing tasks, including handling live checks and matching them accurately with corresponding reports
  • Follow detailed procedures to ensure all documentation is complete, compliant, and ready for dispatch
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure zero-error tolerance and data accuracy
  • Research, collect, and validate missing or incomplete data using internal tools and external resources
  • Analyze, query, and manipulate data in accordance with defined business processes
  • Manage assigned workload and prioritize tasks to consistently meet deadlines
  • Prepare and organize finalized packages for secure delivery to Taxing Authorities
  • Utilize workflow systems, databases, and applications to streamline operations
  • Adhere to company standards and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Collaborate with team members and provide timely status updates

Education / Experience Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelorโ€™s degree preferred
  • 1+ year of relevant experience in operations, data processing, or administrative support (or equivalent education)
  • Experience in a client service or high-volume production environment preferred
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to process data accurately
  • Solid analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Intermediate computer skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Familiarity with basic property-related documentation is a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated with a willingness to learn, adapt, and grow

Additional Details

  • Location: On-site in Irving, TX
  • Duration: Contract (2 months with possible extension)
  • Pay Rate: $20/hour
  • Employment consideration is contingent on passing a background/drug screening

Physical Requirements:

  • Position requires all forms of dexterity/mobility which may include extended periods of sitting/standing. May occasionally required to reach with hands and arms, twist, climb or balance, stoop, kneel crouch or crawl.
  • Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
  • Must be able to speak and hear, lift and carry up to twenty-five pounds (25 lbs.) or occasionally more.ย 
  • May be required to drive for business purposes and must hold a valid driverโ€™s license in good standing and maintain personal auto insurance in compliance with local or state requirements.
