Promote, market, and facilitate the overall sale of products of the bank. Contribute to the bank's growth by the effective sale of bank services to new and existing customers with emphasis on courteous and professional service.

OVERVIEW
The purpose of this position is to:
• Perform the duties related to processing, closing, funding and servicing of consumer and commercial loans.
• Monitor the closing of loan relationships and make sure loans are closed in timely, organized fashion while maintaining compliance with regulatory rules and laws as well as bank policy.
• Identify and take advantage of opportunities to promote and refer bank products and services to satisfy customers' financial needs and goals and direct them to the appropriate staff.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
• Follow policies and procedures to facilitate processing for all non-real estate (commercial, construction, residential, etc), commercial equipment, and aircraft loans and complete all transactions in unison with loan officer; be a liaison between Loan Officer and Loan Operations.
• Facilitate processing and loan document preparation for all consumer and commercial non-real estate loans.
• Ensure that all required documentation is present in the loan request as contained in the consumer/commercial request checklist.
• Booking of consumer and commercial loans/make entries.
• Funding control-Verify exception approvals/entries prior to release of loan for booking.
• Prepare and give to the SVP/Sr. Credit Officer the booking checklist within 72 hours of booking.
• Ensure that necessary approval has been obtained and scanned with the loan file.
• Complete Floor Plan draws and/or extensions.
• Prepare renewals, extensions and modifications.
• Verify data input on new and renewed loans.
• Verify collateral hold input for all locations.
• Track negotiable collateral valuations.
• Assist in preparation of loan portion of the monthly Board reports.
• Process E-OSCAR and credit bureau disputes.
• Maintain activity & floor plan logs.
• Maintain a productive work flow and work as a member of a professional team.
• Scanning and verifying loan files and any other documentation, as needed, in imaging system.
• Set-up and monitor loan documentation exception tracking and clearing.
• Collateral maintenance; processing vehicle title registrations and filing UCC Financing Statements/Continuations.
• Insurance tracking and monitoring.
• Process insurance payments from escrowed accounts.
• Process construction draw/advance requests on loans/lines of credit.
• Quote and process loan payoffs.
• Process closed loans, to include preparing lien releases and mailing documentation. Review lien releases prepared by others.
• Balance and Reconcile assigned General Ledger accounts.
• Process any participation advances or payment requests.
• Process monthly payments for all purchased loans.
• Cross train in all areas of the department and rotate duties periodically. Train on new tasks as they are assigned to the department.
• Troubleshoot and provide assistance to employees/customers on any inquiries, customer service issues, disputes, etc.
• Assist in writing and updating procedures.
• Attend all meetings and complete all training required to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Comply with all applicable Federal and State regulations and guidance associated with the performance of your job function.
• Comply with all applicable BSA/AML/OFAC policies and procedures associated with the performance of your job function, including participation in required training and identifications of suspicious activity.
• Responsible for making suggestions to improve branch/departmental operations and overall bank.
• Perform other duties and assignments within the bank at Management's request; accept periodic cross-training, works in other branches if needed.
