SS&C Black Diamond, a leading provider of Unique Asset Managed Services, is looking for a candidate to join its Unique Asset Managed Services Team. The focus of this position will be centered on fulfilling daily operations and deadlines. This isgoodopportunity to join a highly productive team in our fast-paced, deadline driven environment. This is a full-time position with somerequirementfor overtime and weekend work during certain times of the year.

Required Experience

  • Knowledge of real estate, minerals, loans, trust industry, oil &gasand property taxes
  • Ability to work with people to build high morale and commitments to team goals, display positive attitude and willingness toassistwhere needed
  • Ability totake actionin solving problems whileexhibitingjudgment and realistic understanding of issues
  • Ability tomaintainclient focus and a problem-solving attitude while dealing with deadline driven, critical client needs
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Experience with PC, Windows-based operating environments

  • Ability to develop,maintainand follow recordkeeping systems and procedures
  • High School diploma, college degree preferred
  • 3-5 years' experience in data entry
