The Marketing Operations / Project Management professional supports and enhances end-to-end marketing operational processes, tools, and controls. This role partners with cross-functional stakeholders to drive process discipline, manage vendors, enable efficient creative development workflows, and deliver clear, executive-ready communications in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.

As a Marketing Operations / Project Management Senior Associate on the Engagement and Product Marketing team, you will optimize the end-to-end marketing processes, tools, and controls, partnering cross-functionally to enforce process discipline, streamline creative workflows, manage vendors, and deliver executive-ready communications in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Optimize marketing operations and workflows (creative development, process design, documentation, and continuous improvement).
  • Drive end-to-end project and operational execution (prioritization, timelines, delivery, and deadline management).
  • Enable scalable, consistent execution through digital tools and automation, including emerging AI/agentic solutions.
  • Embed risk-and-control discipline in marketing operations (controls-minded approach, governance, and adherence to required practices).
  • Lead vendor management and performance governance (coordination, routines, and follow-up to ensure outcomes).
  • Deliver executive-ready communications and stakeholder alignment (clear updates/materials, tailored messaging, influence across levels).
  • Operate with a strong sense of urgency, flexibility, and strategic thinking while applying practical, common-sense solutions.
  • Collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels to drive alignment and results.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in marketing operations, controls and audits, project management, or operational roles.
  • Demonstrated experience improving operational processes (e.g., creative intake/briefing, production workflows, approvals, documentation/SOPs).
  • Proven ability to translate ambiguous problems into clear procedures, controls, and scalable ways of working.
  • Proven project management experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams with competing deadlines and stakeholders.
  • Strong planning and prioritization skills (scoping, dependency management, risk/issue tracking, on-time delivery).
  • Hands-on experience leveraging marketing/work management platforms and collaboration tools to standardize execution and reporting.
  • Demonstrated ability to evaluate, pilot, and implement automation and/or emerging AI capabilities responsibly to improve cycle time/quality.
  • Ability to identify operational risks, recommend mitigations, and ensure compliance with governance routines.
  • Experience coordinating third-party vendors (onboarding, operating cadences, deliverable management, performance follow-up).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including creating executive-ready materials (status updates, process docs, metrics).
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and influencing skills; ability to align stakeholders at multiple levels and drive decisions.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • Bachelor's degree (preferred) in a related field such as Marketing, Project Management, Risk & Controls, or Operations.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and LLM including the ability to document processes and prepare executive-level presentations.
