Customer Service Rep
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end print center operations, handling diverse finishing requests, and executing daily mailing needs with high precision. This role requires the safe setup and operation of high-volume digital printers and bindery equipment-including cutters, folders, laminators, and binders-while performing strict quality control to guarantee final products exceed client expectations and meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs). In addition to physical mailroom logistics, such as sorting, metering, and preparing bulk mailings according to USPS guidelines, the associate is expected to manage essential administrative workflows. This includes tracking daily production metrics, maintaining organized operational logs, and consistently providing accurate, timely billing inputs to the one-up manager to ensure smooth financial reporting and overall compliance.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
  • Run high-volume digital printers, copiers, sorters, and postage meters.
  • Sort, distribute, and prepare incoming and outgoing mail and courier packages.
  • Perform basic machine maintenance and clear paper jams.
  • Log daily print and mail volumes accurately.
  • Provide timely data and billing inputs to the one-up manager.
  • Maintain digital and physical logs of jobs and client requests.
  • Batch documents and organize them for data entry processing.
  • Enter data from source documents into automated systems accurately and efficiently.
  • Prioritize work tasks based on processing schedules and client expectations, ensuring timely completion.
  • Perform verification tasks as required, checking for accuracy and identifying errors.
  • Make corrective entries as indicated by verification results or other warnings.
  • Troubleshoot data problems as needed, escalating issues to supervisors when necessary.
