Tax Operations Coordinator
What You'll Do
  • Processes tax deliverables, including returns, extensions, and notice responses with accuracy and timeliness
  • Manages project timelines and communicates deadlines and status updates
  • Anticipates client needs and ensures timely follow-through on deliverables
  • Identifies issues and proposes solutions to support client service
  • Tracks due dates to ensure deadlines are met
  • Supports document processing, quality control tasks, and special projects

What You Bring
  • High School Diploma/GED required
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience
  • Availability for overtime as needed during busy season.

Preferred:

  • Prior professional services environments
