Position Summary
The Operations Coordinator provides operational, administrative, and customer support to the Operations Manager, site team and lottery. This role is responsible for coordinating day-to-day business activities, supporting customer requests, managing operational processes, preparing reports, processing invoices, and ensuring timely follow-up on routine operational matters. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support the day-to-day operations of the business and assist the Operations Manager with administrative and operational activities.
  • Coordinate operational tasks, follow up on action items, and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
  • Maintain operational documentation, procedures, and records.

Customer Support
  • Serve as a point of contact for day-to-day customer operational inquiries.
  • Respond to routine business-as-usual customer requests and coordinate follow-up with internal teams.
  • Ensure timely communication and resolution of customer operational needs.
  • Generate and distribute recurring and ad hoc customer reports.
  • Fulfill customer requests for operational data and standard reporting.
  • Process invoices, purchase orders, and related documentation.
  • Track invoice status and assist with invoice reconciliation and customer inquiries.
  • Coordinate operational documentation, meetings, and other administrative activities as needed.
  • Support site initiatives through coordination, scheduling, and follow-up.

Qualifications
