The Normal Brand is a fast-growing apparel company that sells clothing and accessories online and in over 600 stores in the US. We're hiring at our store in The Fashion Mall at Keystone, and we want hardworking, personable, goal-oriented Sales Associates. Each store is a unique experience where a clean, high energy, and fun environment is of utmost importance.
Responsibilities
  • "Our goal is to make peoples' day better, sell clothes, and have FUN!"
  • Greet our guests with a smile, and a warm welcome
  • Get to know your customer to suggestive sell to their lifestyle
  • Replenish sales floor as needed
  • Maintain a clean store and merchandise to Normal standards
  • Embrace an environment that is respectful in communication
  • Promote a safe and clean environment for customers and staff
