Job description

This is a full-time position working onsite in Des Moines, IA.
Assess and troubleshoot basic support issues while applying understanding of modern software, hardware, systems, and applications. Participate in on-call rotation for support outside of core hours.
Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot, resolve, and escalate IT issues. Fulfill IT requests.
  • Create and maintain accurate records and technical documentation.
  • Perform technical cross-training with team members.
  • Perform other specialized tasks in relation to established career development plans.

Job Requirements/Minimum Qualifications:
Education: High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience.
Type of Experience: customer service experience or relevant IT certifications.
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
