Great salespeople don't wait for opportunities-they create them.
As an Outbound Sales Associate with The Larkin Group, you'll proactively connect with homeowners and prospective clients, build relationships, uncover opportunities, and introduce people to one of Southern Utah's top-producing real estate teams. Every conversation is an opportunity to help someone take the next step while building your own sales career.
You won't be doing it alone. You'll receive hands-on coaching, proven prospecting systems, advanced technology, and ongoing training designed to help you improve every week. As part of a team serving more than 200 clients each year, you'll learn from experienced professionals and contribute to a business that's already producing exceptional results.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting new people, isn't afraid to pick up the phone, and finds satisfaction in creating opportunities through consistent effort. We offer health insurance, profit sharing, opportunities for advancement, and a clear path for long-term career growth.
If you're competitive, coachable, resilient, and motivated by achieving goals, we'd love to meet you.
Responsibilities
  • Proactively prospect for new buyer and seller opportunities through calls, texts, and other outbound communication.
  • Build rapport with prospective clients and nurture relationships through consistent follow-up.
  • Generate qualified appointments for our team of real estate agents.
  • Identify each prospect's goals, motivation, timeline, and financial readiness before connecting them with an agent.
  • Maintain accurate records of client conversations, activities, and appointments within our PLACE CRM and technology platform.
  • Monitor productivity metrics and maintain reports to ensure consistent performance and follow-up.
  • Participate in PLACE New Agent Launch to master our lead generation systems, scripts, and prospecting techniques.
  • Attend weekly one-on-one coaching, team training, script practice, and PLACE Partner Calls.
  • Continuously strengthen your prospecting, communication, and sales skills through ongoing education and coaching.
  • Develop expert knowledge of the Southern Utah real estate market so you can confidently engage prospective clients.
Qualifications
  • Active Utah real estate license required.
  • Confident communicator with exceptional phone, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Proven sales experience with a history of meeting or exceeding performance goals.
  • Comfortable initiating conversations and making outbound prospecting calls every day.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to earn trust quickly.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management and follow-up habits.
  • Coachable and willing to learn proven scripts, systems, and sales techniques.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and driven by goals and results.
  • Collaborative team player who enjoys contributing to a high-performing culture.
  • Comfortable learning and utilizing CRM technology and sales tools.
About-our-team
The Larkin Group is one of Southern Utah's top-producing real estate teams, helping more than 200 clients each year buy and sell homes. Our mission is simple: deliver an exceptional client experience while helping our team members build meaningful, rewarding careers.
To support that mission, we've partnered with PLACE, the industry's leading business services and technology platform. Through PLACE, our team has access to world-class marketing, innovative technology, professional coaching, proven business systems, and ongoing training that allow our agents to spend more time serving clients and less time on administrative work.
At The Larkin Group, we believe success is about more than production. It's about building a business that supports the life you want to live. We invest in our people by providing opportunities for coaching, leadership development, profit sharing, health insurance, equity participation, and long-term career growth.
If you're looking for more than just another brokerage-if you're looking for a team that will invest in your growth, challenge you to improve, and support you as you build a business and a life you're proud of-we'd love to meet you.
