Working Conditions
T his position may be eligible for telework. The amount of telework is at the discretion of the Department on a case-by-case basis based on the Fair Political Practice Commission's current telework policy. While FPPC supports telework, in-person attendance may be required based on operational needs. Employees are expected to be able to report to their website with minimal notification if an urgent need arises, as determined by the FPPC.

Department Information The Mission of the FAIR POLITICAL PRACTICES COMMISSION (FPPC) is to promote the integrity of representative state and local government in California through fair, impartial interpretation and enforcement of political campaign, lobbying, and conflict of interest laws.
Special Requirements
This position is subject to the Form 700 Statement of Economic Interests filing requirements.
