Job description

What success looks like in this role:

* Gains familiarity with Field Engineering practices and procedures.
* With guidance or by following a pre-determined / documented process performs the following:
o Installing, maintaining and repairing desktops, laptops and monitors and associated software and peripherals
o Assisting with maintenance on products and devices,
o Performing low-complexity installs, moves, adds and changes on various equipment and devices, and
o Assisting with network, server, device and application testing and certification.
* Ensures client satisfaction throughout service delivery transactions.
* Ensures service level agreements (SLAs) are met and incident and request tickets are updated as required within the ticketing system.
* Follows specific procedures outlined and completes certification requirements.
* Assists with special projects as assigned.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

High School diploma or GED required
Generally, less than 1 years' experience in area of responsibility
