Your Core Responsibilities:
- Provide direct supervision, coaching, and evaluation to residential leadership staff.
- Oversee staffing coordination, recruitment, and professional development of program leaders.
- Ensure high-quality, person-centered services aligned with OPWDD standards and agency policies.
- Monitor individual service plans, protective oversight practices, and clinical supports.
- Conduct and oversee audits, quality improvement initiatives, and compliance reviews.
- Assist with fiscal oversight, including budgets, procurement, and facilities maintenance.
- Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure health, safety, and wellness monitoring.
- Manage admissions, transitions, and discharges in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
- Serve as Administrator On Call, responding to emergencies and critical incidents.
- Contribute to policy development and agency-wide initiatives through committee work.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in human services or related field and at least two (2) years of supervisory experience in services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities; OR Associate degree with four (4) years of supervisory experience.
- Knowledge of OPWDD regulations and person-centered planning.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to balance multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Must meet Lifetime Assistance Vehicle Operator requirements and pass all required background checks.
- Preferred: QIDP eligibility and/or SCIP-R Level II certification.
