JOB DESCRIPTION GENERAL FUNCTION As a Sales Associate, your objective will be to provide an exceptional shopping experience that will encourage positive customer connections and brand loyalty.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Promote an excellent customer experience, including but are not limited to: Greeting and serving customers Inform merchandisers/managers on stocking needs Ensure all visual standards set forth by management and the company are always maintained Problem-solve for any customer issues and loop in management for assistance Manage complex customer service situations by applying a high touch level of assistance to VIP clientele on a regular basis and in turn ensure VIP clientele retention Remain up-to-date and educated on current product assortment to serve as an informed ambassador of the brand Actively listen and act on any instructions given by management or superior as defined by management at any time Occasionally assist with opening and closing duties as needed Comply with professional regulations, internal rules and code of conduct set forth by the company and management Attend and participate in occasional work meetings Hold yourself accountable for shift punctuality and proactively communicate to manager if obstacles arise Serve as an ambassador to the brand by leveraging your innate sensibility, style, and pre-established connection to the local and broader communities where our brands' culture flourishes
